Healthy Habits Crew
Book Series

The Healthy Habits Crew is a fun and educational children’s book series designed to teach young kids essential health, hygiene, and safety habits in a way that’s playful, positive, and easy to understand. Through the everyday adventures of siblings Mikey, Isla, and their lovable dog Gema, children learn how to take care of their bodies, stay safe, and make healthy choices that help them grow strong and confident.

Each book in the series tackles a different wellness topic—like taking baths, eating nutritious foods, staying safe at home, setting personal boundaries, and more. With colorful illustrations, age-appropriate lessons, and plenty of silly moments, the Healthy Habits Crew helps kids ages 2–8 build a strong foundation for lifelong well-being.

Whether it’s learning to wash their hands or speak up for themselves, readers are invited to join the Crew and become healthy habit heroes—one small step at a time!
