The Healthy Habits Crew My Body, My Rules

Body autonomy, save vs. unsafe touch, consent, and speaking up if uncomfortable.

The Healthy Habits Crew My Body, My Rules

In My Body, My Rules, Mikey and Isla are learning something really important: they’re the bosses of their own bodies. With help from their loving parents, teachers, and their loyal pup Gema, the Healthy Habits Crew explores what it means to feel safe, speak up, and set boundaries with confidence.

Through everyday situations like greetings, hugs, and playtime with friends, Mikey and Isla discover how to recognize what feels okay—and what doesn’t. They learn how to say “no,” when to ask for help, and who to trust when something doesn’t feel right.

This gentle, empowering story is perfect for children ages 3–8 and opens the door for age-appropriate conversations about consent, body autonomy, and personal safety. Thoughtfully written and beautifully illustrated, My Body, My Rules helps kids understand that every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and heard.
